We think planting trees is a really good thing and is something we are always keen to get involved in, and encourage our drinkers to join in too. So, we’ve teamed up with Trees for Cities, an independent charity that works to transform urban wasteland into green spaces, by getting the local community involved in the tree planting, to hold 5 Feel Good Carnival Planting Days throughout the year. A fantastic way to spread some feelgoodness and do our bit!

The second of our 5 Feel Good Carnival Days was in July at King Edwards Memorial Park in East London. We didn’t plant any trees this time (it’s not tree planting season at the moment!) however I think all who came along on the day will agree that it was a great day out.

We got our hands really dirty this weekend planting lots of feelgoodness trees!

As you may have read on our blog, we have teamed up with Trees for Cities this year and we held the first of our 5 Feel Good Carnival Planting Days on Saturday. Loads of lovely Feel Good drinkers came along to Braithwaite Park to join in the fun! Sporty types dabbled in a touch of archery or practiced their football skills while the more arty types got their creative hats on to fashion a huge feelgoodness banner made out of fabric, glitter and glue (It looks great by the way!) You can see Beth, Yetty and Ang getting creative on the feelgoodness banner below!

On top of all that, we planted nearly 2000 trees, plants and shrubs which was a fantastic way to spread some feelgoodness and do our bit. Of course no one went thirsty as the Feel Good Drinks team were on hand to give out lots of gorgeous Feel Good Drinks!

All in all a great day was had by all… we can’t wait for the next one!

So, we’ve teamed up with Trees for Cities, an independent charity that works to transform urban wasteland into green spaces, by getting the local community involved in the tree planting. A fantastic way to spread some feelgoodness and do our bit! So, we will be holding 5 Feel Good Carnival Planting Days throughout the year which promise to be loads of fun! In addition to planting 1000 trees, there will be face painting, live music, football games and loads of arts and crafts, including bird box making! And, just in case anyone gets thirsty, we’ll be handing out gorgeous free Feel Good Drinks to everyone who turns up on the day.The first Feel Good Carnival Planting Day kicks off this Saturday 1st March at Braithwaite Park in East London, between 11am and 3pm. Entry is free so if you fancy planting some feelgoodness trees, come along on the day and join in! Here’s a map.
